Viticulture

Hipping, one of Germany’s most famous vineyards, which are integral part of the Red Hill vineyards (Roter Hang) in Nierstein Vines more than 40 years old, planted in steep slopes overlooking the Rhein River at up to 50 gradient, achieve a naturally limited yield of only 30 hl/ha Hand harvested.
