The Estate Shiraz was fermented in open top tanks prior to maturation in top quality French oak. For this 100% single vineyard wine, we matured in barrel for 12 months in total to further enhance structure and add another level of complexity. I find the 2014 Estate Shiraz offers amazing levels of fruit concentration, with velvety tannins and great mouthfeel. A wine like this really typifies the style and quality of Shiraz produced in the Canberra district
