A “So Margaux” wine, very fruity and agreeable, deep and elegant, with delicate red fruits aromas. Medium-bodied, soft and caressing, with pretty ripe fruit and a lovely balance of ripe tannins.


Viticulture

6500 vines/ha. Ploughing between the rows.


Vinification

Two pumping over a day and vattting during 3 weeks12 months in French oak barrels exclusively Manual in crates with a double sorting, in the vine and in the cellar.


Recommendation

Roast milk-fed lamb, marinated deer, beef filet mignon, Cheeses : Brillat-savarin, pierre-robert, st-nectaire fermier; Dessert : raspberries pie
