The Federalist Chardonnay, Mendocino ★ 12 x 75cl
As the first white wine in our cellar, this Chardonnay holds its own with aromas of green apple, lemon tart, vanilla cream, with a hint of tropical fruits and baking spices. Nice entrance, juicy tropical, mid-palate with a creamy oak finish framed with hints of vanilla and coconut.
The Federalist Pinot Noir, Central Coast ★ 12 x 75cl
Our take on a California classic, this fruit-forward red is bursting with dark fruit notes hibiscus, white pepper, graphite, and a hint of blood orange. Complex mouthfeel with bright Bing cherry on the palate and a generous finish.
The Federalist Zinfandel, Lodi ★ 6 x 75cl
With aromas of plum and cherry, this fruity, peppery masterpiece ends every sip with a long, smooth finish. The family-owned and operated vineyards were planted as early as 1962, producing more nuanced flavours and higher quality overall.
The Federalist Cabernet Sauvignon, Lodi ★ 12 x 75cl
Sourced from a single vineyard, this wine aged for 15 months to develop bold notes of dusty black plum, chocolate, black, olive, with hints of cedar and baking spices with a lingering savory finish.
