This wine is a parcel selection from the geologically unique terroir of the valleys of the Aygues and the Ouvéze. Made from a blend of three grapes; Caladoc, Grenache, Cinsault, this rosé is prettily pale pink with expressive aromas of citrus and orchard fruit. wonderfully taut and vivacious in the mouth with notes of fresh thyme and grapefruit and even a few more exotic notes in retro-olfaction. Jordan Chameleon Rosé, Stellenbosch, South Africa 2021
A dry classic French “blanc de noir” style made from a free-run juice blend of Shiraz and Merlot. Extended pre-fermentation skin contact gives the wine its brilliant cherry pink hue. Harvested earlier to retain fresher acids and treated very reductively in the cellar, this helps to capture the primary fruit flavours of strawberry coulis & dried cranberries with delicate spiciness.
